April is moving along nicely

and so are expectations for Happy Hour.

The pool is open and weathered winter just fine. The cool to cold nights have not allowed the water to warm much but that's to be expected this time of year.

I think we will be ready for a April 23 Happy Hour. The weather report is good all week until, drat, Friday. That's a long way off so I'll hope for a break with the forecast.

Check back and I'll post a thumbs up or down for HH 4-23-10.

Spring? Around the corner? Must be one heck of a corner.

Hello to Sheri, Chris and the rest of the Wyche family. Next time you're in Ohio on a warm Friday night, check out our Happy Hour schedule. You might get to see some old friends other than Beth and I.

Of course your welcome any time.

Sheri says this is a video of her son Justin. http://pinkbike.com/video/121861
Pretty cool ... actually very cool considering he broke his neck and had two surgery's 4 months before!

First post of the new year!

It seems like it's been winter for quite a long t - i - m - e now. The weather report for the next few days brings spring to mind. It's said we will get above freezing this week ... YEA!!!!

Here's the way I like to phrase it ~ After next month, (& we all know that's a short month) it will be about 6 weeks until we open the pool. Once the pool is open, it can't be far to Happy Hour ... YEA!!!

Weather report causes cancellation of HH for 9/25

We are giving Happy Hour a break this Friday due to the cool and damp weather conditions. There could well be one or more Happy Hours before our Fall and Winter hiatus.

Check back next week for another update.

We had a nice turn out and nice weather on the 11th

Amie showed up for a brief visit. It was good to see her. Roger was with one of the girls and couldn't attend. School has started and Amie's been cracking the books big time.
Rick and Margo, Alan and Bonnie, Don and Chris, Barry and Kathy along with Amanda, Lilly and Nick.
Margo and Rick had a great time in California, showed some pics and gave us some off the beaten path travel tips. Bonnie and Alan had great weather in Michigan. Haley Snyder is off to Otterbine for her freshman year! I think one of the Hupp's has a BIG birthday coming up?
It's sounding like good weather for Happy Hour September 18! Check back to be sure.

It sounds like the good stretch of weather

WILL CONTINUE through Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

We are looking forward to kicking off the Labor Day weekend with an enjoyable Friday Happy Hour followed by a couple good pool days. YE HAW!

There just may be more Thomson's than ever before at this upcoming Happy Hour. We will have to wait and see???

It goes without saying but I'll say it anyway.

GO BUCKS!

Roger? Amie? Are you out there somewhere? Come back home. One more week and it's the amber alert for you two!

The August 28 edition of Happy Hour was attended by

Brien Moore showed up next. He and partners have just opened "American Integrity Electrical Supply" down at 55 Forry Street. The shop number is 345-1243. He's an electrical brainiac. The Montgomery's, Hupp's, Bart and Beth Beckman, Todd Jenkins, Amanda, Lilly and Nick and Gabby round out the line up.
There's more to the 8/28 HH report in the previous entry.
Thank you all for making it a good time!
I wonder what Amie and Roger are up to?

It rain and rained some more ... but the band played on!

Wes, the one man band played between what turned out to be heavy showers. A guess was 3 inches of rain during the afternoon and evening performance.
In my opinion, Happy Hour was pretty cool. The company is always the best thing but the music and weather added to the fun.
