The weather channel has had me jumping back and forth.
It has been reporting rain chances anywhere from 15% to 65% for Friday at 5:00. Check back Friday to see for sure. I might wait until 2 or 3 to post the final decision. We'll have Happy Hour if possible.

The Friday forecast is looking OK for Friday Happy Hour
Still too early to tell for sure but the Weather Channel says 30% chance of rain on Friday 8/19 which is good enough to continue plans for Happy Hour. Check back as we get closer.
